Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska receives funding from Health and Human Services and has Federal Public Health Services “Deemed Status” with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

As a courtesy, CAPWN Health Center will
gladly submit your claim to any private
insurance company and Medicare, along
with Medicaid from Nebraska and Wyoming

Our goal is to offer affordable quality care for every patient.
Sliding Discount: For individuals who have no insurance, services are available on a sliding discount basis according to family size and income.
Discounts: If you would like to know if you qualify for discounts please ask our receptionist for more information.
Payments: Payments are expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Self-management education and support—teaching about disease process, how to check blood sugar, how to use insulin if needed. Information about food choices and healthy lifestyle, and helping with whatever tools they need to self-manage their diabetes.
Immunizations
Vaccinations prevent diseases that could be potentially contagious and dangerous to the health and welfare of our population.
The purpose of our Immunization Clinic is to offer vaccinations to all children regardless of the ability to pay. Other services we offer include adult immunizations at a reduced cost and allergy injections for both children and adults, under the authority of the Wyoming Allergy Clinic.
Migrant Health provides health care for migrant and seasonal farmworkers in 19 western Nebraska counties. Services include medical services for all ages, x-ray, laboratory, pediatric care, geriatric care, wellness and health education.
