Sliding Discount:For individuals who have no insurance, services are available on a sliding discount basis according to family size and income.

CAPWN Health Center has one licensed mental health provider on staff to provide behavioral health services as an integrated component of primary health care. These services may be used by any CAPWN Health Center patient with a referral from their primary care provider within the health center.
Self-management education and support—teaching about disease process, how to check blood sugar, how to use insulin if needed. Information about food choices and healthy lifestyle, and helping with whatever tools they need to self-manage their diabetes.
Vaccinations prevent diseases that could be potentially contagious and dangerous to the health and welfare of our population.
The purpose of our Immunization Clinic is to offer vaccinations to all children regardless of the ability to pay. Other services we offer include adult immunizations at a reduced cost and allergy injections for both children and adults, under the authority of the Wyoming Allergy Clinic.
Outreach and Enrollment
Migrant Health provides health care for migrant and seasonal farmworkers in 19 western Nebraska counties. Services include medical services for all ages, x-ray, laboratory, pediatric care, geriatric care, wellness and health education.
