Providing Quality Affordable Health Care for the Whole Family
Programs
For over 15 years the Health Center at Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska has provided quality affordable health care for the whole family. We offer a number of different payment plans (see below) and provide medical and dental services.
Our Hours
Medical Center
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Dental Clinic
Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Fees & Payments
Our goal is to offer affordable quality care for every patient.
- Medicaid: We gladly accept Medicaid patients, both adults and children.
- Private Insurance: All private insurance programs are accepted.
- Sliding Discount: For individuals who have no insurance, services are available on a sliding discount basis according to family size and income.
- Discounts: If you would like to know if you qualify for discounts please ask our receptionist for more information.
- Payments: Payments are expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

School Physicals are only $30 - cash - no insurance
All insurance carriers accepted for immunizations.
If there is no insurance we have the Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program, in which the State of Nebraska provides Immunizations, free of charge, to any child 18 & under.
